Spiced Apple Smoothie
This cozy smoothie tastes like apples, spice, and everything nice.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole organic apple (skin on), cored and roughly chopped
- 1-inch nub fresh ginger, peeled
- 1-1/2 cups almond milk
- 2 Medjool dates
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch or two of ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seed
- 1 handful baby spinach, optional
- Handful of ice
DIRECTIONS
- Add all of the ingredients to your high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!
