If you’re anything like me, you might not be able to imagine working out without music. A good playlist is as much of a gym necessity as are my bottle of water and a high pony.
This 45-minute soundtrack will warm you up with a little bit of Ariana Grande before taking you into a sweat-inducing mix of songs, then slowing it back down for a nice cool-off session. There’s a bit of a musical mix here for you, though we skewed heavy on pop to get those driving beats that will keep your energy up throughout your workout.
