- Make sure you have a continental grip
- Pronate your wrist at the point of contact
- Learn to throw a football
- Throw your racquet
- Do a figure 8 with your racquet
- Use a fence to help develop your toss
All of these steps to improve your serve can be done at home, so there’s really no excuse not to do them. Remember – you don’t have to be a pro to train like a pro!
