From her successes both on and off the court, Bianca Andreescu was the talk of the tennis world in 2019. And that’s showing no signs of slowing down, as Bianca Andreescu’s Australian Open outfit is causing some serious heat across social media.
The promo pics have the Mississauga teenager dressed in what will be the standard base layer for female players, a bright yellow knee-length breathable bodysuit. There are also coordinating tanks, crop tops and skirts in a blue, baby pink, grey and nude watercolor print, created by Aussie-raised artist Cassie Byrnes.
The NikeCourt Melbourne Collection will be released to us mere mortals globally January 13, however the fans are already voicing their opinions.

Who else is looking forward to watching @Bandreescu_ continue to dominate the @WTA in 2020?! Love the new @Nikecourt gear! (?: @Nikecourt) #SheTheNorth #BiancaAndreescu pic.twitter.com/sRIu14CWew

That was far from a unanimous opinion, though. In fact, some of Andreescu’s fans are really, really not keen on it.
It is a bit on the brightside, to be fair. If you don’t need sunglasses for the weather, you might for the outfit.
horrible, I’m sorry. love Bianca, but just no. @Nike
