What do you get when you cross a high-end designer with tennis and a philosophy based on the principle that every handmade product is engineered for performance and utility?

The new Tennis Racket Backpack from KILLSPENCER, of course. This piece of tennis awesomeness was inspired by a custom special project for one of their clients, and now is a luxurious yet functional everyday bag to carry your tennis gear to and from the court.

Sketching is KILLSPENCER’s founder, Spencer Nikosey’s favorite way to visualize ideas really quickly. And the finished project for his client is just… WOW!

Made right here in the USA, KILLSPENCER’s limited edition, ultra-luxe Tennis Racket Backpack which will hold one or two rackets. Each is handmade with soft, quilted full-grain leather, and has adjustable padded leather shoulder straps for total comfort while commuting to and from the courts. The interior is foam-lined with durable IFAC class 1 fire retardant waterproof black nylon to protect your racket(s).

Each also comes with a removable leather tennis ball holder that stores up to 3 tennis ball cans and attaches to the backpack via a velcro loop system. I think I would carry just one can, and use the remaining space for other tennis necessities.

KILLSPENCER doesn’t skimp on the finishing touches either. Each Tennis Racket Backpack has leather piping, a Swiss-made riri zipper in antique silver, mil-spec black metal hardware, and is stamped with a gold KILLSPENCER logo.

The real lux factor for me, however, is the leather. I don’t know about you, but it reminds me my favorite luxury designer bags. The leather is like that of a Hermes Birkin made with Togo leather, and the quilted topstitching is like that of a Chanel Flap bag. It just oozes opulence, doesn’t it?

The KILLSPENCERTennis Racket Backpack is the perfect accessory for those who’d rather go hands free when heading to and from the court. But you need to act now to gets yours, because they are available in a very limited quantity. You also need to be ready for the sticker shock, because each Tennis Racket Backpack costs $1,050.
