Summer is here, and that means we’re in between league seasons. Now is the perfect time to strengthen your legs and core so you’ll be ready for Fall league!
Set aside 30 minutes of “me” time at least every other day and do the workout on this fantastic 30-minute video. The cool thing is that there are 3 people on the video, performing the moves at 3 different levels: Julana exercises with modifications that are perfect for beginners while Rachel uses modifications for you more advanced peeps. And of course, instructor Allie Cohen demonstrates the exercises without any modifications.
The first 20 minutes are nothing but standing moves, like lunges and squats with rotation. Those target your legs and activate your core. Then we add some heart-pumping cardio moves like sumo squat jumps and side skaters, to increase your calorie burn before the final floor circuit, which focuses on your backside.
