Back in 2012, Venus Williams launched her successful activewear line, EleVen. Since then, Venus has created dozens of stunning collections, each with coordinating tennis and fitness apparel, and accessories. Her latest — the Iman Collection — features some of her most striking prints yet, which Venus says reflects her own sometimes “crazy” life… and we’re crazy for it!
In a recent interview, Venus explained that designing athleisure wear allows her some much needed “me time”, so she can focus on her off-court passion and bring some calmness to her oftentimes chaotic life.
“One of my personal goals is to find balance in the chaos… I always need to remember to take a deep breath and pause every once in a while. Designing for EleVen is not only my job, it’s my creative outlet! I like to leave the chaos behind and find balance by focusing on what is inspiring me at the moment and create something!”
